At AP Clean Air Systems, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality air pollution control, cleanroom, and ventilation solutions that meet your requirements. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for our products and services.
Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch by contacting our sales team. Once manufacturing, customization, or shipment has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may be subject to applicable cancellation charges.
Most of our products are manufactured according to customer specifications and project requirements. As customized products are made specifically for each client, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are found to be defective or supplied incorrectly.
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution as deemed appropriate.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where AP Clean Air Systems is unable to fulfill the order or where a refund has been approved after reviewing the issue. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever applicable.
Charges for installation, commissioning, inspection, site visits, consultation, and other services are non-refundable once the services have been provided.
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
AP Clean Air Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, improper installation by third parties, misuse of products, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
