A fire resistant door (also called fire-rated door) is specially engineered to withstand fire exposure for a defined duration (30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes).
These doors are commonly made from galvanized steel (GI), stainless steel, or engineered wood, with an insulated core such as mineral wool or rockwool to resist heat transfer
