Hepa Filter Terminal Box
A HEPA terminal box (also called terminal HEPA housing unit or terminal diffusion box) is installed at the end of an HVAC duct system in cleanrooms. It ensures that air passing into the clean zone is filtered through a HEPA (H13/H14) or ULPA filter just before entering the room.
This is a critical component in ISO Class 5–8 cleanroom systems, commonly used in pharmaceutical, biotech, and semiconductor industries.
